Only 6 Trumansburg Tuesday’s left in 2016…. The greater Trumansburg area real estate market is on par to sell more residential units this year than in the past three years!  Let’s take a look…

SOLD: There have been 53 residential, non-lake front properties sold YTD.  The lowest sold price was $34,500 and the highest sold price was $438,000.  The Average sold price is $205,500. And seller’s are seeing an average of 95% of their list price.

There are 3 pending sales and if they do close within this calendar year, then T-burg will have sold 56 residential, non-lake front properties in 2016.  We haven’t seen those levels since 2012 & 2013.  As you can see from the graph, that the average price continues to rise steadily, making real estate a smart long term investment in the Trumansburg area.

FOR SALE:  There are currently 30 non-lake front, residential properties listed for sale within the Trumansburg area school district on the Ithaca Board of REALTORS mls.  (www.IthacaRealtors.com).   The lowest listed price is $52,500 and the highest currently listed price is $564,000.  The average currently listed price is $235,900.
