Another Tuesday and another update on the greater Trumansburg real estate market for 2016.

Right now there are 36 mls listed residential, non-lake front properties in the Trumansburg School District.  The average list price is $229,375. 

As of today, 27 residential, mls listed properties have sold in the greater Trumansburg area.  Let’s give that some perspective…

As of right now, compared to last year, T-burg has sold half of what it did in 2015.  If the market continues at this pace, then we could expect at least 20-27 more units to sell in Trumansburg for 2016.    The demand for quality affordable housing in Trumansburg is still high and new properties are hitting the market every week.
