As of today, the total active or listed for sale residential, non-lake front properties in the Ithaca Board of REALTORS mls (multiple listing service) is 481. The average list price is $258,401. The median list price is $208,998. The highest listed non lake front property is $1,650,000 which is a 30 acre equestrian estate with a 5200 sq ft house in Dryden. The lowest listed property is $9,000 and it’s a .53 acre property with a structure in the town of Caroline.
The MLS YTD residential, non-lake front units sold is 299. The as you can see the average sold price is $214,368 and the median sold price is $190,000. The average isn’t too far skewed with the highest sold price YTD being $745,000 and the lowest sold price being $15,500.
