It doesn’t surprise me.

 Trumansburg, or Tburg as we affectionately call it, is a pretty high demand area, especially the Village.  I guess what makes me say “oh, wow” is that  a lot of houses specifically IN the Village went on the market this year. Past trends show that few houses come up for sale in the Village and they don’t come on very often.  This year is bucking that trend and buyers are responding well.

From January 1, 2011 to April 13, 2011 (today)  –  10  residential properties in the Village have gone under contract or sold.
