If you are in the market to buy in the greater Ithaca NY area, it is a good time as inventory is plentiful and prices are very competitive – lock in a good rate because they can only go up from here! 

I’m going make a prediction for the next year…. if we do see interest rates rise a percent or more- the rental market is going to get a nice boost because more people will be looking to rent homes.
