That means another edition of Trumansburg Tuesday!   We are half way through the year and the Trumansburg residential real estate market is robust this year.

There are currently 21 residential, non lake front properties listed for sale in the Ithaca Board of REALTORS multiple listing service.   The lowest listed price is $124,000 and the highest is $800,000.   The median list price as of today is $329,900.

There have been 28 sold residential, non lake front properties in the entire Trumansburg School District with a median sale price of $189,500.   The lowest sold price this year to date is $35,000 and the highest is $319,000.

And there are 27 properties that are awaiting a closing or what we call sale pending.  The median price out of those under contract (or sale pending) properties is $259,900.  The lowest being $79,528 and the highest at $695,000.

The conversation about lack of inventory and high demand is still prevalent; the emphasis being on affordable housing inventory.    If you are thinking about selling, this could be the year for you…. real estate has many components and timing is a big one.
