It’s the 2nd to last Tuesday  of 2016… the last Trumansburg Tuesday of 2016.   Because of the holidays, I can say with utmost confidence that the 2 pending properties in Trumansburg won’t get to closing before the end of the year.   So with that, T-burg ended the year on a very high note….

60 residential non lake front properties were sold in Trumansburg in 2016 and we ended the year with an average sold price of $208,500

Interest rates are slowly rising by minor increments which could spur some buyers to get off the fence and make housing decisions sooner.  We could see a nice boost to housing sales in Jan and February because of this.  Time will tell.
