Annnnnd another month is gone and a new one is here.   7 months into 2017 and a few more Trumansburg listings have sold since last week.  There have been 42 non lake front residential Trumansburg School District properties that have sold from Jan 1-Aug 1.  The average selling price is $200,000.   The lowest sold price was $20,000 and the highest sold price was $351,000.   Houses sat an average of 68 days on market (from list to contract) and sellers saw 95% of list price.

There are 24 properties under contract/sale pending.  The average list price of those Trumansburg School District residential, non-lake front properties is $251,500.  (median is $230,000).   If all of these properties make it closing before Jan 1, 2018, then Trumansburg will have outsold itself from last year, with 64 properties sold.  Last year was 60.

There are currently 24 Trumansburg residential, non-lake front properties for sale ranging in price from $99,900 (13 salo drive) to $800,000 (9284 Rte 96) ; making the average list price $292,500 and the median $263,700.
